equirementsSkills and ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of proven success in B2B internet sales.Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Commerce, or a related field.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.Creative thinker with the ability to design innovative marketing and sales strategies.Resilient under pressure, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities, customer segments, and emerging trends.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align new business opportunities, product launches, and sales strategies with overall corporate objectives.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed corporate sales targets.Lead negotiations on contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the business.Partner with technical teams and management to tailor solutions that meet client-specific needs.Work closely with marketing to design and implement impactful communication strategies, while monitoring their effectiveness.Leverage data-driven insights to track, evaluate, and continuously improve sales performance.Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.Generate leads and maintain active engagement through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.Represent Fahari Link at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand networks and showcase offerings.Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to maintain a competitive edge.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
