JOB SUMMARY

The Creative & Design Officer plays a key role in bringing the CIC brand to life through compelling visual communication. The role is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality graphics, videos, animations, and multimedia content that support marketing campaigns, product communication, internal engagement, and brand consistency across the Group.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Professional Certification in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual CommunicationProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).1–3 years of experience in graphic design or creative production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Design & Content Development (40%)Develop designs for digital, print, and experiential platforms.Create graphics, animations, motion graphics, and audiovisual content.Produce explainer videos and interactive presentations.Develop and maintain communication collateral including brochures, templates, and forms.Tools & Technical Production (30%)Execute creative work using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.Video edit using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.Manage printing and production of brand collateral ensuring quality output.Drive communication and engagement for wellness programs through internal channels.Review employee engagement feedback and identify key wellness drivers for integration into the people strategyProject Management & Collaboration (20%)Develop creative briefs, concepts, and rollout plans.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate ideas and deliver creative solutions.Manage multiple design projects concurrently while ensuring deadlines are met.Support creative concept development in collaboration with agencies and internal stakeholders.Brand Management & Quality Assurance (10%)Ensure consistency and correct application of brand guidelines.Review branded merchandise for quality and compliance.Enforce brand standards across all materials.
