Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Operations & Internal Business Processes – 50%Instructions managementCorporate actions processing and managementInstruction execution including call backs and signature verificationsProcessing of Money Market investments instructions as per SLA’s while prioritizing those earmarked to fund other settlements and primariesProcessing of all withdrawals/ benefit payments while ensuring end to end processing of customer instructionsProcessing of a fixed income investments in the primary and secondary market as per SLAsProcessing equities investment instructions as per SLAsClient queries resolution in line with target TATAccount opening – Cash accounts, Safekeeping and Depository accountsAsset transfers - FOPRisk and Compliance – 20%Risk and product family reviewsCriticality Process assessmentsControls testingRegulatory reporting to CBK, CMA, RBAReconciliation – 20
