RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Mobility inbound and outbound calls in a timely mannerFollow communication scripts when handling different customer topicsIdentify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternativesEducate customers on products by explaining procedures, answering questions, and sharing relevant information.Approve new customer sales after verifying details and ensuring product understandingCreate customer leads in the company%u2019s internal system.Identify upselling opportunities (e.g., TV upgrades) and present them to eligible customers.Support field sales agents by handling customer-related calls.Record call details accurately and update customer records in the internal system.Track and report recurring customer issues or trends to management.Capture call dispositions for every call received.
