ABOUT THE COMPANY

JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsBachelor's DegreePerfect command of French and English, both spoken and written.Good and quick understanding of customer needsHighly organized, capable of working independently and managing time effectivelyStrong prioritization skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressureBased in Nairobi, Kenya, or a member of the East African Community (EAC)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing a portfolio of approximately 1,000 clients (small businesses), finding the right balance between automation and personalized engagement based on individual needsFacilitate the onboarding process for new Odoo customers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resourcesTo be the main point of contact for our clients, providing them with advice and support to improve their experience throughout their projectsCollaborate with our sales team to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base.
