JOB SUMMARY

Key Requirements:Bachelors degree in Customer Service, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and email communication.Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work collaboratively in a team while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead generation and qualification by contacting prospective clients, introducing company property projects and assessing their interest and readiness to investSales conversion and revenue generation through presenting property investment opportunities, handling objections, and closing sales or facilitating sales closures through the sales and marketing teamsCustomer relationship management by maintaining consistent communication with prospects and clients to nurture leads and encourage repeat investments and referrals and guiding the customers through the sales processSales reporting and CRM management through maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities and lead progress within the CRM systemCoordination with internal teams including sales and marketing teams to support marketing campaigns, schedule site visits and enhance the customer sales experience
