Job Description/Requirements
- Degree/Diploma Certificate Holder.
- Good Analytical, advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Ability to communicate in both written and spoken English.Â
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to onboard clients & maintain good relationship
- 2 years experience in customer experience & or collections role is a must.Â
KPI’s.Â
- Support sales force onboarding clients.
- Customer experience Internal & External clientsÂ
- Reports generation
- Data entry
- Collections – contact clients for payments
