JOB SUMMARY
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary sales point of contact for all your clients. You will ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth by proposing new features and renewing their Odoo contracts. You will interact with CFOs, IT directors, and CEOs of small and large companies, and you will revolutionize the way they work!Odoo's scope is so vast that you will never stop learning, and with a little creativity, you will find a solution to most of your clients' problems. With Odoo, you will quickly master all aspects of entrepreneurship, enabling you to advise your clients as an expert. It's not just about selling, but also about building customer loyalty by delivering value to your clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing an existing client portfolio in Africa.Analyze and understand your clients' IT projects in depth: you will be their Odoo sales expert!Identify potential future sales: increase your customers' use of the software by offering them the best package available from Odoo.Present the product (new applications, features) and new versions to end users. Negotiating contract renewals: from monthly subscriptions to multi-year subscriptions.
