ROLE:
The Dairy Sales Executive is responsible for managing a designated sales territory by promoting and selling dairy equipment and solutions. The successful candidate will consult with customers and offer the best product and design solutions to enhance profitability and success of their growing operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
S/he will:
- Manage current customer base through frequent communication and excellent service.
- Target prospects and conduct cold calls to grow the customer base.
- Promote and assist with various sales, marketing events and promotional efforts.
- Work to meet all established sales targets.
- Answer questions and provide high quality service to existing and prospective clients.
- Provide customer related insights and data to relevant teams and staff members.
- Coordinate and deliver presentations and quotations to prospective customers.
- Attend various sales meetings and customer appointments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field, however a Degree in Commerce or Engineering will be an added advantage.
- At least 3 years working experience in selling to the Dairy Sector; specifically, farmers, cooperatives, processors, and the like.
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales success.
- Knowledge in Dairy equipment product line would be considered an asset.
- Outgoing attitude with a passion for top notch customer service.
- Competitive, self-motivated individual who is goal oriented.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
