JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsMinimum Qualifications Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse (KRCHN)Minimum of 4 years' nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead role in a similar setting Must be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya and hold a valid Practicing License Valid BLS and ACLS certifications Key Competencies Leadership: Strong ability to lead, inspire, and support a multidisciplinary team Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Clinical Competence: Sound understanding of nursing practices and patient care protocols Problem-Solving: Effective in resolving conflicts and making informed decisions IT Proficiency: Comfortable with digital documentation and hospital systems Organization & Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment
