Job Description

• a) Identify opportunities for automation in manufacturing processes, such as production lines,
  
• supply chain, and quality assurance.
  
• b) Design, develop, and implement software tools and scripts for process automation and

• c) Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze current processes and recommend innovative
  
• solutions to reduce costs and increase productivity.
  
• d) Lead projects on emerging technologies like AI, IoT, or robotics integration in manufacturing environments.
  
• e) Test and deploy custom applications or integrations to optimize operational workflows.

Qualifications & Experience

• a) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree
  
• preferred.
  
• b) 4-6 years of experience in IT development and innovation, ideally in manufacturing or
  
• industrial automation.
  

Key Competencies

• a) Expertise in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and automation tools (e.g., RPA software).
  
• b) Strong background in process improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
  
• c) Experience with manufacturing automation systems, including PLC programming or SCADA.
  
• d) Certifications in project management (PMP) or innovation (e.g., Certified Innovation
  
• Professional).
  
• e) Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, scalable solutions.
