We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Advertising Media Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling our cutting-edge digital advertising solutions to a diverse range of clients. You will leverage your expertise to prospect, negotiate qualify, and close sales to meet your set sales targets.
Google Ads, social media advertising, and digital marketing to create customized campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
● Prospect and qualify new leads within the digital marketing segment.
● Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
● Negotiate and close deals, exceeding monthly sales targets.
● Manage and oversee client accounts, providing ongoing support and consultation.
● Create and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media, display advertising, etc.).
● Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust to maximize ROI.
● Stay up to date on the latest digital advertising trends and technologies.
● Build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications:
● Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the digital advertising industry.
● Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
● Strong understanding of Google Ads, social media advertising, and other digital marketing channels.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
● Data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
● Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Remuneration: Kes 40,000 retainer and a commission-based structure.
Kindly note that the retainer is pegged to KPI minimum sales targets of
Kes 600,000 per month, they will also receive phone and internet amounts of
Kes 6,000 each and a corporate taxi to use for relevant meetings.
