JOB SUMMARY
Our client isseeking to engage a Direct Sales Executive whose main role shall be to grow thebusiness revenue through subscriber acquisition and retention. The position is open in the following locations: Nairobi,Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru.Kindly Indicate your preferred location when applying.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure compliance to Customeracquisition and onboarding processes i.e. KYC and customer education on top up Collaborates with Line Managerto develop, execute and monitor sales initiatives in assigned area Track adherence to SLAs onacquisition and onboarding Recovery of devices fromnoncompliant customers. Provide first level supportwith on ground trouble shooting and resolution of customer issues Escalation of customer issuesthat cannot be resolved at first level Escalation of network issues Daily collation of targetachievement Track and Analysis monthlytrends within assigned markets Prepare dashboards for weeklyreviews Preparation of ad-hoc reportsas and when required Monitor and report competitoractivities Provide customer insights,identifies and suggests products, or services that will meet their needs Plan and execute on groundmarketing initiatives i.e. road shows, estate storms, mall activations QualificationsGraduatedegree or Diploma of Business Administration or any equivalent qualification. Understandingof telecom/ fixed wireless trends is an added advantage 1+ years outdoor salesexperience preferably in the telecom industry but not mandatory. Commercial acumen-Understanding the competition landscape, devices offered, packages, commissionschemes etc. Tech savvy - Needs tounderstand solutions across both 5G and Fixed Wireless Services. Resilience and ability todeliver against stretch targets Strong entrepreneurial spirit
