Eastern Region Sales Representative

Location: Kathome Market, Eastern Region-Machakos

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: Ksh30,000 - Ksh50,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 7 years in sales

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to cover the Eastern Region, including areas such as Kitui Road, Talaa, Kangundo, and surrounding territories.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer base in the Eastern Region.

2. Identify and target potential customers and market segments within the assigned territory.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and visits.

4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.

5. Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.

6. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.

7. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and threats.

8. Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

2. Minimum of 7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.

3. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.

7. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively within the Eastern Region.
