Enterprise Account Manager for EcoStruxure IT, you will work with leading organisations to deliver advanced software and data centre solutions that power the region’s digital economy. This position can be based in Kenya or South Africa, offering regional exposure across Sub-Saharan Africa.
More than a traditional sales role, this is an opportunity to engage and influence C-level decision-makers, lead complex, multi-country deals, and drive innovation across critical industries. The successful candidate will:
- Own and expand strategic enterprise accounts across Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Lead large, complex solution sales from strategy through to execution.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping their digital transformation agendas.
- Orchestrate cross-functional, cross-country teams to deliver successful outcomes.
What will you do:
Strategic Account Leadership
- Develop and execute account strategies and growth plans across key enterprise customers.
- Build deep relationships with C-level and key decision-makers.
- Identify and unlock new business opportunities and revenue streams.
Complex Sales & Opportunity Management
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles (from pre-sales to execution) for large-scale projects.
- Shape and influence opportunities through consultative, value-based selling.
- Drive pipeline growth, deal qualification, and closing across the region.
Ecosystem & Team Leadership
- Lead and align virtual teams across sales, presales, and delivery functions.
- Collaborate across countries and business units to deliver winning solutions.
- Navigate complex partner and stakeholder ecosystems.
Market & Industry Expertise
- Build strong knowledge of the data centre and IT ecosystem.
- Translate technical solutions into clear business value for customers.
- Act as a subject matter expert in enterprise technology conversations.
What will make you successful:
- 8+ years in enterprise software / technology solution sales.
- Proven track record in managing and growing large strategic accounts.
- Strong experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence at C-suite level.
- Exposure to data centre, IT infrastructure, or digital solutions environments.
- Regional or international experience across multiple countries.
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Business preferred).
