What You Will Be Doing

• AI-Enhanced Project Coordination and Workflow Innovation: Leveraging AI systems to achieve optimal scheduling, resource distribution, status updates, and promoting the adoption of AI tools for task automation and workflow enhancement.
• Critical Issue and Escalation Handling: Overseeing escalations and pivotal decisions to guarantee that project milestones are achieved on schedule.
• AI-Generated Reporting and Predictive Analysis: Applying AI to produce comprehensive project reports and forward-looking analytics, improving communication with stakeholders and increasing satisfaction.
  

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Direct Technical Execution: Although you will manage projects with technical components, this role does not demand extensive technical knowledge in OSS/BSS technologies.
• Extensive Technical Documentation: Your focus will be on strategic supervision, not on creating detailed technical documentation or performing hands-on implementation work.
  

Education Project Manager Key Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within defined scope, and within allocated budget, while upholding high quality standards and customer satisfaction, driven by AI integration
  

Basic Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of project management experience in the software industry
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Demonstrated experience in the following project management disciplines: Project status reporting; Effort, schedule, and cost variance analysis; Earned value management; Risk assessment and mitigation; RAG (Red/Amber/Green) status reporting; Scope change management
• Proven experience utilizing GenAI tools, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude, to enhance productivity

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
