What You Will Be Doing

• AI-Enhanced Project Coordination and Workflow Optimization: Leveraging AI platforms for efficient scheduling, resource distribution, progress tracking, and promoting AI-driven automation to refine tasks and workflows.
• Escalation Handling: Addressing escalations and pivotal decisions to maintain adherence to project milestones.
• AI-Enabled Reporting and Analytics: Applying AI to produce comprehensive project reports and forecasting analytics, improving communication with stakeholders and overall project satisfaction.
  

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Direct Technical Execution: Although you will manage projects with technical components, deep technical knowledge in OSS/BSS technologies will not be required for this role.
• Extensive Technical Documentation: Your focus will be on strategic management rather than producing detailed technical documentation or performing hands-on implementation work.
  

Education Project Manager Key Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within defined scope, and within allocated budget, while upholding high quality standards and customer satisfaction through the integration of AI
  

Basic Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of project management experience within the software industry
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Proven experience in the following project management disciplines: Project status reporting; Effort, schedule, and cost variance analysis; Earned value management; Risk assessment and mitigation; RAG (Red/Amber/Green) status reporting; Scope change management
• Demonstrated experience utilizing GenAI tools, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude, to enhance productivity

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
