JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsMinimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automation.Minimum 3 years work experience.Strong knowledge of electrical systems and industrial automation.Familiarity with PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), VFDs (both AC&DC), and industrial networks.Knowledge of SAP CMMS.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.Problem-solving and analytical thinking.Good communication and teamwork.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Electrical MaintenanceInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, panels, and control systems.Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.Automation Systems SupportMaintain and troubleshoot PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), and SCADA systems.Support the integration of sensors, actuators, and control systems.Assist in programming or modifying automation logic as needed.Preventive & Predictive MaintenanceConduct routine inspections and testing of electrical and automation systems.Use diagnostic tools to predict failures and reduce downtime.Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.Installation & CommissioningAssist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery or automation systems.Read and interpret electrical and automation schematics and technical drawings.Safety & ComplianceAdhere to safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures.Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and standards.Participate in safety audits and risk assessments.Documentation & ReportingMaintain up-to-date documentation for wiring diagrams, PLC programs, and system configurations.Report faults, repairs, and improvements to maintenance manager.CollaborationWork closely with engineers, production teams, and other technicians.Provide technical support during production or process issues.
