We are seeking a dynamic and strategic International Partnerships Manager, with a background in Business Development to drive partnerships with online talent marketplaces, international employers, and remote-work platforms. The role focuses on identifying and securing global placement opportunities for remote-ready professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Global & Online Platform Partnerships
● Identify, prospect, and secure partnerships with online job platforms, remote- work ecosystems, and overseas employers.
● Build strategic relationships with platform operators, HR tech partners, global hiring managers, and digital staffing networks.
● Negotiate partnership models, collaboration terms, and placement pipelines that support diverse talent categories.

Business Development & Market Expansion
● Develop and execute strategies to expand the organization's presence in global and remote-work talent markets.
● Map market opportunities across digital industries, remote-first companies, and cross-border hiring sectors.
● Lead outbound engagement campaigns targeting high-potential platforms and international employers.

Placement Enablement & Talent Alignment
● Translate employer or platform demands into clear talent requirements for internal sourcing teams.
● Support high-volume placement campaigns across gig, micro, remote, and digital roles.
● Maintain constant communication with partners to coordinate recruitment cycles and hiring needs.

Account Management & Relationship Growth
● Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned platforms and global employer accounts.
● Drive repeat placements, renewals, and scaling of partnerships across new functions, countries, or workforce segments.
● Ensure partner satisfaction by providing excellent communication, responsiveness, and alignment to their hiring needs.

Market & Workforce Insights
● Stay informed on workforce trends, talent supply, and employer demand across key sectors.
● Provide insights and recommendations to improve placement speed, matching accuracy, and employer engagement

KPIs to measure success

● New Partnerships Secured- Number of online platforms, overseas employers, and remote-work partners onboarded.
● Pipeline - Number of placement opportunities from partnerships created.
● Partner Satisfaction & Retention- Quality of relationships measured through feedback and repeat engagement rate.
● Placement success rate- For jobs sourced from online/overseas platforms (quality and fulfillment).
● Conversion Efficiency- Lead-to-partnership conversion rate and speed from outreach to signed MOUs.
● Market & Platform Expansion- New countries, sectors, or digital platform categories successfully penetrated.
● Platform Utilization Rate – How effectively the specialist uses CRM and ATS platform tools.

Key Skills & Competencies

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
● Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in business development, platform partnerships, recruitment, or international employer engagement.
● Familiarity with remote-work ecosystems, HR tech platforms, or overseas recruitment.
● Ability to navigate international markets and communicate effectively across cultures.
● Results-oriented mindset with experience supporting high-volume or multi-market hiring needs.
● Strong understanding of labor market trends, workforce development policies, and employer needs.

● Proficient in Google Slides, Sheets, MS Office Suite with PowerPoint skills
● Strong project coordination skills
● Relationship in the Recruitment Outsourcing sector
● Cross cultural awareness and ability to work amongst a diverse group of volunteers and partners.
● Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative on projects.
● Ability to tap into your personal base and network, as well as develop new ones for the project
● Understanding of gender inclusion in community outreach.
● Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong working partnership with partners.
