ENVIRONMENT MANAGER [CEAP]

SCHEDULE OF PRIMARY DUTIES.

The EM [CEAP] will be a Lead Expert whose main forte will sourcing and delivering Environmental Impact Assessment [EIA], Environment Audits [EA] and Effluent Discharge Assessment [EDA] consultancy services in Kenya, ensuring technical quality and successful project executions.

1.     Procedure and implement an appropriate consultancy software with the width and depth [template] that satisfy the professional as well as regulations [NEMA] demands.

2.     Develop a monthly work plan, a performance matrix and a prudent income /expenditure budget with a monthly variance of 10%.

3.     Undertake a national environmental marketing and promotional campaign with extensive country networks.

4.     Undertake and deliver timely and successful Environmental assessments reports.

5.     Identify and make monthly tender applications after intensive consultations.

6.     Ensure client servicing and timely engagements with proponents.

7.     Generate content for weekly blog, letters, emails, advertisements and articles.

8.     Using documentaries, presentations, on the three environmental products, undertake pitching as well as meetings with prospective clients.

9.     Table monthly performance evaluation reports.

10.  Undertake CSR and perform such other duties such other duties as may be assigned.

NOTE: Successful candidates should hold:  a Lead Expert License, a driver’s license, a current EIK membership certificate and evidence of prowess in at least five AI relevant applications. GKIC will make this appointment within the next five [5] days.
