Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience operating excavators. Experience in construction sites, road engineering, or mining projects will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with operating excavators under different soil conditions and using various attachments such as hydraulic breakers and grab buckets.
- Ability to perform leveling, deep digging, and loading operations accurately and efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of daily equipment inspection, maintenance, and fault identification.
- Ability to understand engineering instructions and hand signals, with good spatial awareness andjudgment.
- Strong safety awareness with no record of major operational accidents.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to adapt to construction site working hours and environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic English or Swahili communication skills to understand safety instructions and operational requirements.
