JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsMinimum Qualifications College degree or equivalent. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience supporting senior leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.Understanding of executive office operations and hospital administrative procedures. Key Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational abilities. High level of confidentiality and professional discretion. Proven ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills for effective engagement with stakeholders.
