JOB SUMMARY
Academic qualification:• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or any other relevant field • At least three (3) years of working experience in a similar role.• Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).Desirable competencies• Strong leadership and organizational skills• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities• Analytical thinking and decision-making• Basic Financial and budgeting skills• Knowledge of healthcare laws and ethical standards• Crisis management and problem-solving capabilities.
