We are seeking to recruit a highly competent and experienced Factory Manager to oversee operations within a busy furniture manufacturing factory.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing factory operations, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and providing strong leadership to factory teams to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Oversee day-to-day factory operations and production activities.
  
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
  
• Supervise and lead factory staff to ensure productivity and discipline.
  
• Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with company standards.
  
• Monitor factory operations to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
  
• Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety standards.
  
• Coordinate maintenance and proper utilization of factory machinery and equipment.
  
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the factory.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 
  
• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in factory or manufacturing operations management.
  
• Must have experience in the furniture manufacturing industry.
  
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
  
• Knowledge of production processes and quality assurance systems.
  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  
• Good communication and organizational skills.
