Job Description/Requirements
The officer will play a pivotal role of clerical, filling functions and also managing and implementing social media functions at the farm and our clients.
Requirements.
At least a diploma in marketing, communication, business administration.
3yrs – 5yrs working experience preferable.
Proficiency in social media platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Quick learner on new technologies.
(1) Social media management.
Create and execute organic social media strategies across various platforms.
Develop engaging social content that resonate with customers' target audience and align with our produce, brands and farming methods.
Monitor and adapt strategies to account for changes in social media algorithms and trends.
(2) Content management.
Provide content to the creative team on best acts and movements when shooting.
Maintain a content calendar.
(3) Monitoring and reporting.
Utilize analytical tools to track and report on social media platforms.
(4) Establish sales versus social media adverts and number of audiences reached.
(5) Maintain schedules and documents on paid adverts.
(6) Listen to complaints and feedback in relation to advertisements.
(7) Conduct social media surveys.
