  • Stakeholder Communication: Actively engage with investors, debt providers, and financial institutions to foster strong, productive relationships.
  • Audit and Compliance: Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, improving processes for maximum efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Budget Management and Financial Forecasting: Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring the accuracy of financial forecasts and the development of strategies that align with business goals.
  • Cash Collection Efficiency: Improve processes for efficient cash collection and maximum cash utilization to optimize the company's financial health.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

  • Educational and Professional Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience Requirement: Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within a company known for its dynamic growth and scale-up phase.
  • Industry Experience: Proven capability in managing financial operations that span cross-border transactions, with a strong background in both product distribution and SaaS-based environments.
  • Skill Set: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with profound regulatory knowledge and proficiency in financial software and tools.
