Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Marketer with a background in the Mechanical  & Electrical field to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will be over 25 years old, have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and possess excellent oral communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our mechanical and electrical products.

● Identify and target potential clients within the industry.

● Achieve and exceed sales targets set out in collaboration with the management.

● Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.

● Provide regular feedback and reports on marketing and sales activities.

Qualifications:

● Diploma in Marketing or a related field.

● Proven experience in field marketing within the mechanical and electrical sectors.

● Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

● Willingness to work on a small retainer with performance-based incentives.

Preferred Attributes:

● Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

● Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

● Proficiency in using marketing and sales software tools.
