ResponsibilityCustomer pipeline development (B2B and B2C channels) through research and events.Attend events (activations, markets, trade fairs, presentations at client premises, conferences, etc. in order to promote the business and gather prospects for the channel pipelines.Sales; convert prospects in channel pipelines to customers, manage customer referral and achieve monthly sales targetsCustomer service; call all existing customers to conduct customer satisfaction surveys, answer any queries and ask for referrals.Logistics support for sales and other project activities, including arranging transport of orders and other support requiredProvide market feedback and competitor intelligence and submit weekly sales and pipeline reports. 7.Tele sales Task (Lead Qualification);

  • Call potential customers from the lead list to determine if they meet the criteria for your product/service.
  • Identify their needs, budget, decision-making authority, and timeline for purchase
  • Record findings accurately in the CRM for follow-up by the sales team
