Job summary
We are hiring hungry Field Sales Reps across all 47 counties in Kenya. KES 10,000 base salary guaranteed + uncapped commission. Stock provided. Immediate start. Wolf reps earning KES 16,000+ per month.
Job descriptions & requirements
WHAT YOU EARN:
- Base salary: KES 10,000/month guaranteed
- Tier 1 (1-30 pairs): KES 3 commission per pair
- Tier 2 (31-80 pairs): KES 6 commission per pair
- Tier 3 (81-150 pairs): KES 9 commission per pair
- Tier 4 (151+ pairs): KES 12 per pair - UNCAPPED
- Average rep earns KES 11,000-12,000/month
- Wolf reps earning KES 16,000+/month
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Visit 20 prospects per day in your county
- Open minimum 1 new buyer account per day
- Send daily WhatsApp report by 6pm
- Attend zone training and kickoff sessions
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Know your local market - dukas, shops, markets, traders
- Motorcycle or reliable transport preferred
- Hunger to sell - experience is a plus but NOT required
- Commitment to daily reporting
