We value diverse experiences and perspectives and are excited to see what you bring to the role.You have 3 - 4 years of experience, working with industrial generators and synchronization systems.Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Experience in power plants, data centers, or large industrial facilities.At least 3 years experience in generator and/or compressor service.Strong understanding of generator operation and control systems.Stong understanding of synchronization principles (voltage, frequency, phase matching).Experience with synchronization panels, PLCs, and control systems.Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.Problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work under pressure.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Valid driving license.
