Education- Diploma/Degree In Mechanical/Marine Engineering
RESPONSIBILITIES
Performing maintenance and repair jobs in relation to other products of Wärtsilä corporationFulfil tasks given by the Field Service Team LeaderUse & maintain shop & field tools in accordance with good mechanical-work practicesPrepare & submit parts requisitions as requiredMaintain current individual time sheets & expense records to support the timely invoicing of jobs to customersTo maintain a professional appearance & conductTo maintain the quality & efficiency of mechanical work performed (as measured by warranty costs), & in accordance with manufacturers specifications & ISO proceduresAccurate & timely care of Wärtsilä specialty tools (field & shop) used to perform service workEnsure customer satisfaction with job performance through positive interactions with customersConform with & abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures & instructionsConform to all safety rules & use of all appropriate safety equipmentAdopt a pleasant, adaptable attitude to assist Company staff with any "ad-hoc" duties that may be requiredSubmit accurate and high-quality service work reports within 48 hours of returning home from assigned jobsPromote Wärtsilä Products and Services.
