JOB SUMMARY

To be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics.Have at least 2 years of experience in drilling operations as a DD supervisor.DDx experience preferred.Be skilled in drilling operations and applicationsAble to identify the proper product and service for simple to complex applicationsHave the ability to work in a global matrix organization.Have excellent communication and presentation skills.Have exceptional organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.Have the ability to travel (potential for travel to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, training, etc.).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Acting as a project leader and mentors junior field engineers. Providing direct instruction and supervision to junior field engineers on day-to-day well site work and activities.Providing advice and direction to external customer and third-party wellsite colleagues as appropriate.Executing other related duties as assigned.Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.Creating value for customer.
