FINANCE AND OPERATIONS HEAD

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Finance & Operations Head to oversee financial performance and operational execution across all our retail locations. The ideal candidate will ensure profitability, enforce operational discipline, and drive efficiency in day-to-day business activities while supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial reporting to ensure financial health of the business 

• Oversee daily operations across all shop locations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning 

• Supervise team performance, enforce accountability, and drive results 

• Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 

• Monitor stock levels, costs, and profit margins to optimize business performance 

• Manage relationships with key partners including landlords and suppliers 

• Provide insights, reports, and recommendations to management to support business growth 

• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and operational standards 

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field 

• Professional qualification CPA (K) 

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in finance and operations management, preferably in retail or multi-branch businesses 

• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control 

• Proven experience in team leadership and performance management 

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills 

• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear reports and insights 

• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Salary Range: kes. 80,000 - kes. 90,000/- with very attractive monthly  performance incentives
