Key Qualities, Qualifications & Competencies
i. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
ii. professional certification ACCA,CPA-K or CFA a MUST .
iii. Minimum of 5 years in similar role in a busy microfinance ,
iv. Must be adept in ICT, and working knowledge of accounting software.
v. High Integrity levels
vi. Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
vii. Self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook.
viii. Must have a clear focus on high portfolio quality and business profit.
ix. Able to get on with others and be a team-player with excellent interpersonal skills.
