The Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our vehicle fleet, including procurement, maintenance, compliance, and optimization. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vehicles, managing a team of professionals, and implementing strategies to meet our fleet objectives.

Job Description/Requirements
- Fleet Operations: Oversee all aspects of country fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, maintenance, and safety protocols to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the fleet.
- Routing and Logistics: Manage routing, freight arrangements, and vehicle arrangements for staff to optimize routes, reduce delivery times, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule, coordinate annual inspections, and ensure the proper use of fuel cards to extend the lifespan of vehicles and reduce downtime.
- Licensing and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of vehicle licensing and registration, and ensure full compliance with all traffic laws
- Driver Management: Recruit, train, and manage drivers, implement disciplinary procedures when necessary, and provide a thorough driver orientation program to promote safety and professionalism among the team.
- Contract and Vendor Management: Collaborate with leasing, freight, and crane companies to negotiate contracts, ensure cost-effective arrangements, and manage vendor relationships to enhance the fleet's efficiency.
- Financial Oversight: Verify invoices from leasing companies, freight companies, and crane operators for payment processing, develop and administer operating budgets for the department and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Safety and Compliance: Promote a culture of safety within the fleet, handle accident resolution by coordinating with insurance companies, leasing companies, and the administration office, and maintain full compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular fleet reports for management, offering in-depth analysis and cost-saving recommendations based on data and insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement the motor vehicle policy, ensuring that all staff with company cars have signed the policy and adhere to its guidelines.
- Any other duties as allocated by immediate supervisor or Manager.

1. Fleet Efficiency: Increase overall fleet efficiency by X% by implementing optimized routing and maintenance schedules.
2. Cost Reduction: Achieve a X% reduction in fleet operational costs through better negotiation with leasing companies and implementing cost-saving measures.
3. Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safety record with zero major accidents and ensure 100% compliance with environmental regulations.
4. Driver Satisfaction: Improve driver satisfaction by implementing a comprehensive orientation program and disciplinary procedures, resulting in a rating of X/10 in employee satisfaction surveys.
5. Fleet Reporting: Timely generation of weekly and monthly fleet reports, providing management with actionable insights and cost-saving recommendations.
Minimum Education and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Logistics, Supply Chain) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in fleet management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
