Our client is a vibrant lounge, restaurant, and coffee bar known for exceptional service, great ambiance, and quality food and beverages. We are looking for a dedicated Floor Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless customer experience across all areas of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the lounge, restaurant, and coffee bar.
- Ensure smooth service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee staff schedules, attendance, discipline, and performance management.
- Monitor sales, prepare daily performance reports, and ensure accountability of cash and stock.
- Maintain hygiene, ambiance, and operational efficiency across all sections.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Liaise with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure quality and consistency.
Required Specifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, food & beverage, or similar environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations in hospitality.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
