Job Description
The Folder Gluer Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining folder gluer machines to produce quality cartons and packaging products in line with production standards and timelines.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate folder gluer machines according to job specifications
Read and interpret job cards, drawings, and production instructions
Ensure correct folding, gluing, and finishing of cartons
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Report machine faults, defects, or material issues promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Meet daily production targets and minimize material wastage
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Printing Technology, Packaging, or a related field (added advantage)
At least 2–3 years’ experience operating folder gluer machines
Strong understanding of carton folding and gluing processes
Ability to work with minimal supervision
High attention to detail and quality control
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
