ROLE PURPOSE
To support daily kitchen operations in a high-volume, fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant environment by preparing food to our standards while maintaining speed, hygiene, accuracy, and consistency during peak service periods.
This role is physically demanding and operates under high heat, long-standing hours, and intense peak-hour pressure. It is not a light-duty kitchen position.

ROLE CONTEXT
The client operates a structured Quick Service Restaurant model with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Kitchen Crew are expected to perform efficiently under pressure, follow recipes precisely, and maintain high food safety and portion control standards at all times.

● Prepare food items according to approved recipes, portion sizes, and SOPs
● Operate grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
● Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times
● Work effectively during peak service hours with speed and accuracy
● Follow instructions from supervisors without resistance during busy shifts
● Ensure correct portioning, counts, and minimal wastage
● Support opening, closing, and cleaning procedures
● Comply with all company policies, health regulations, and safety standards

PRIORITY EXPERIENCE (STRONG ADVANTAGE)
Candidates with prior experience in established fast-food or quick-service restaurant brands will be strongly preferred due to their exposure to structured systems and formal training.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must meet all of the following criteria:
● Age: 20–35 years
● 1-2 years of experience in fast food outlets, busy kitchens, hotels, or grill/fry stations
● Ability to work 8–10 hour standing shifts in hot and high-pressure environments
● Willingness to strictly follow SOPs, recipes, hygiene, and portion standards
● Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and peak hours
● Willingness to complete a paid trial shift before confirmation
● Available to start immediately or on short notice

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
● Strong work ethic and discipline
● Punctuality and reliability
● Ability to follow instructions accurately and consistently
● Comfortable working under pressure and during rush hours
● Basic numeracy for portioning, counts, and stock handling
