• Degree or Diploma in Food Technology or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in food production or bakery operations

• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP)

• Understanding of production processes and quality control

• Basic reporting and documentation skills

• Ability to work in shifts and handle production pressure
