JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for an experienced FP&A Accounting Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our financial future.About the RoleAs an FP&A Accounting Manager, you will oversee financial planning, accounting analysis, billing, collections, and expense control processes. Your expertise will ensure accurate financial information, regulatory compliance, and timely insights to support strategic decision-making.What We’re Looking ForEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Experience: 3–5 years in corporate finance, FP&A, or management control within mid-sized or large organizations.Skills:Strong knowledge of Excel, financial analysis, and accounting standards.Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills.Effective communication and results-oriented mindset.Preferred: Specialization in corporate finance, financial planning, or management control.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain client profitability models using cost center accounting data.Analyze financial statements to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.Lead monthly and annual accounting close processes with precision and compliance.Collaborate across departments to consolidate and validate financial information.Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Prepare and present detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.Monitor KPIs and proactively identify potential financial risks.Support financial evaluations for projects, investments, and business scenarios.Ensure integrity, confidentiality, and traceability of financial data.Oversee customer billing and collections processes.
