JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, Mining Engineering, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, raw material sourcing, or supplier management.Experience working with raw materials, mining, quarry operations, or manufacturing is an added advantage.Knowledge, Skills & CompetenciesUnderstanding of geological materials, mineral exploration, and raw material quality evaluation.Good knowledge of procurement and supplier management processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including market visits and international travel when required.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Responsibilities:Coordinate and track the delivery of raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production.Monitor supplier performance and follow up on purchase orders until successful delivery.Support raw material sourcing, exploration, and quality tracking activities.Work closely with geological teams and suppliers to monitor mining and quarry operations where applicable.Conduct field visits to suppliers, quarries, and mining sites to verify material availability and quality.Liaise with internal departments to ensure procurement schedules align with production requirements.Resolve delivery delays, quality issues, and supplier-related challenges.Maintain accurate procurement and delivery records and prepare periodic reports.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.Perform any other duties assigned by the Purchasing Manager.Interested candidates should send their CV to the Email provided with the subject line "Fulfillment Buyer".
