JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled and driven Full Stack Developer with a minimum of three years’ experience to join our Nairobi-based team. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end systems. The ideal candidate will write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, build intuitive user interfaces, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performance-driven software solutions. You will also play a key role in optimizing system performance and ensuring seamless integration across platforms and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain robust front-end and back-end web applicationsDesign responsive, user-friendly interfaces and scalable server-side logicWrite clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practicesCollaborate with product, design, and operations teams to deliver functional solutionsOptimize application performance, security, and reliabilityIntegrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and e-commerce platformsTroubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systemsparticipate in code reviews and continuous improvement of development process
REQUIRED SKILLS
JavaScript, Database query languages (SQL, others), System administration, Python, Application programming interfaces (API), Programming, Software development (fullstack), Software development (frontend), DevOps, Web service and application development
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree
