JOB SUMMARY

Key Qualifications & Skills Management Graduate from a top-tier global business school (Eg: IIM) is MUST.  Experience: 0-3 years of experience in IT sales experience focused on hunting, acquiring new accounts, and competitive market analysis. Fresh management graduates from premium institutes are encouraged to apply.Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term sales initiatives that align with business goals.Ambition & Drive: Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a competitive environment.Hunger for Success: Relentlessly driven to achieve high-impact outcomesCurious & Adaptable: Open to exploring new business areas and geographiesEntrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping strategyFuture-Ready: Strong desire to grow into a top leadership role in 3–5 yearsLeadership Potential: A clear desire to take on greater responsibility, to grow into a top leadership position in the company.High Integrity: A deep commitment to ethical business practices and corporate governance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

New Business Acquisition: Aggressively hunt for new accounts, leveraging market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.High-Impact Sales Execution: Close high-value deals, ensuring consistent revenue growth and profitability.Market Research and develop GTM strategy: Analyse data and trends to identify new growth opportunities and markets.Public Sector & Enterprise Sales: Drive business development with large enterprises and public sector clients, understanding their procurement processes and sales cycles.Strategic Sales Initiatives: Develop and execute sales strategies for high-growth markets, particularly in Africa.Engagement with Multilateral Organizations: Navigate and build relationships with institutions like World Bank, IFC, European Union, USAID, and similar organizations to drive revenue opportunities.Leadership Development: Work closely with senior leadership, receiving direct mentorship to prepare for a future executive role.Integrity & Ethical Selling: Maintain the highest standards of integrity while executing aggressive sales strategies.
