OHR is recruiting a General Manager for a leading Christian media company with strong TV, radio, and digital presence. The role oversees strategy, operations, and revenue growth, ensuring high-quality content, audience expansion, and overall business performance while reporting to the Board.

Key Responsibilities:
· Define and execute long-term strategy, expand market share, and lead digital transformation.
· Oversee day-to-day operations across production, programming, and platform performance.
· Lead, mentor, and align departmental heads to build a high-performance culture.
· Manage budgets, P&L, and overall revenue growth across all channels.
· Drive advertising revenue, partnerships, and new income streams.
· Ensure content quality, relevance, and strong audience engagement across all channels.
· Leverage audience data, ratings, and insights to inform programming, content strategy, and commercial decisions.
· Build and maintain high-value relationships with regulators, advertisers, strategic partners, and key industry stakeholders.
· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and reporting standards.
· Provide regular performance updates to the Board and support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
· 10+ years of proven experience in media or broadcasting.
· Proven senior leadership experience (GM / Director / COO level, or equivalent).
· Strong track record in P&L management and business growth.
· Deep understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and digital transformation.
· Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capability.
· Good moral standing.
