Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:
- Strong experience in C#/JAVA, C++, R and Python for Mobile and Windows platforms.
- Knowledge in compiling and executing open-source programs.
- Proven knowledge in working with all AI systems.
- Design and develop GIS Software, Web Applications, and Geoprocessing tools (Geosever).
- Develop GIS mapping tools to create, edit, query, extract, analyse, model, and present spatial data.
- Provide maintenance for GIS Applications including web-based applications.
- Experience in systems development lifecycle.
- Experience in backend systems development and relational databases (MS SQL Server, Postgres, PostGIS, Oracle versions, transactional, messaging and multithreaded systems).
- Excellent written and verbal communication – strong English language skills are a must.
- Set up a GIS platform to integrate, analyse, and visualize data.
- Develop Machine Learning models.
- Experience in ArcGIS, QGIS, or Google Earth Engine.
- Knowledge in AI Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn for machine learning.
- Ability to demonstrate work that you have done before, either online or on desktop, using any of the above-mentioned technologies.
A list and demonstration of previously completed projects and experiences in the development of GIS-based applications will be seriously considered as an added advantage.
