About the Role
We are offering an exciting Graduate Internship Program (GIP) for ambitious and driven engineering graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
This structured 1-year program is designed to equip interns with practical technical skills, exposure to real-world operations, and professional development through coaching and mentorship. Successful candidates will work closely with experienced teams to support engineering operations while building competencies aligned with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Health, Safety & Environment
- Participate in safety induction and ongoing training to ensure safe working practices
- Identify and report workplace hazards and contribute to risk assessments
- Support initiatives aimed at achieving zero incidents in the workplace
- Promote environmental sustainability through waste reduction and proper material handling
- Maintenance & Engineering Support
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Support tracking and reporting of maintenance tasks and system updates
- Ensure compliance with maintenance KPIs and operational standards
- Participate in improving plant reliability and operational efficiency
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to implementation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen activities)
- Assist in enhancing productivity and operational performance
- Compliance & Documentation
- Support adherence to operational and maintenance standards
- Assist in updating documentation, procedures, and system records
- Ensure alignment between on-ground activities and system tracking tools
- Team Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including technicians, operators, and support functions
- Communicate effectively within a high-performing team environment
- Participate in training, coaching, and mentorship programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field)
