🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
💰 Salary: KES 50,000 + transport allowance + benefits
✨ Responsibilities
- 🔎 Source candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals
- 📞 Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews in English
- 📅 Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- 🗂️ Maintain and update candidate records in ATS
- 🤝 Support full-cycle recruitment processes
- ⭐ Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process
🎯 Requirements
- ✅ At least 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience
- ✅ Experience recruiting for the US market (preferred)
- ✅ Advanced English (B2+ / C1) with a neutral accent
- ✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
- ✅ ATS experience (preferred)
- ✅ Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
