About the Role

We are seeking a high-impact Growth Marketing Lead to drive our digital marketing strategy and accelerate B2B demand for our UCaaS and CCaaS solutions. This is a strategic, hands-on role at the intersection of demand generation, content, and sales enablement.

You will own the end-to-end marketing function—turning complex communication and automation solutions into clear, compelling business value for mid-market and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth and demand generation strategies across content, email, social media, SEO, and paid channels

  • Drive inbound pipeline while supporting outbound sales initiatives

  • Build brand authority through LinkedIn thought leadership and executive positioning

  • Partner with Sales to define ICPs, support long B2B sales cycles, and activate events and webinars

  • Own marketing analytics, dashboards, and reporting to track MQLs, SQLs, ROI, and funnel performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in B2B digital or growth marketing

  • Proven experience in SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, telecom, or enterprise technology

  • Strong understanding of complex B2B buying journeys

  • Hands-on experience with content, paid acquisition, and email marketing

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and analytics tools

Preferred Tools & Skills

  • Zoho CRM and marketing automation tools

  • LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads

  • WordPress or other CMS platforms

  • Bonus: Experience with AI-driven CX or voice solutions

  • Pipeline and revenue influenced by marketing

  • Lead quality and conversion rates

  • Growth in brand visibility and authority

  • Sales adoption of marketing campaigns and assets
