JOB SUMMARY

Requirements:Minimum of 4 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role.Good working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, and basic electrical works.Practical experience in general construction and property maintenance.Ability to diagnose problems and recommend effective solutions.Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks.Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality worksmanship.Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform carpentry works including making, repairing, and installing furniture, doors, and fittings.Carry out plumbing installations and repairs.Undertake flooring works and minor masonry repairs.Conduct painting works and surface finishing as required.Repair and replace general hardware and fittings.Support basic electrical repairs and wiring maintenance.Troubleshoot and perform general building maintenance tasks.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff.Inspect premises regularly to identify and resolve maintenance issues.Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.Prepare basic maintenance reports when required.
