Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, SEM, CRM, automation).4. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team.5. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's an advantage)6. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and data-driven decision-making.
